Our Story

Freeland CRE continues nearly a century of Freeland family entrepreneurship. Beginning in the 1930s with an Indiana-based Chevrolet dealership, our family has owned businesses across a range of industries and geographies over generations.

Real estate became a natural extension of that legacy, emerging as a cornerstone of our holdings through disciplined, hands-on management, a patient approach to market cycles, and a long-term strategy of consistently reinvesting in our assets.
